Stir 1 level scoop of powder into 4-6 ounces of water or juice. L-Glutamine is a mild tasting white powder mixes easily into liquids. Take 1-2 servings daily. Scoop enclosed. Overall Nutrition: Take 2 grams 1-2 times daily. Weight Training: For those who train hard in the gym, take 2-5 grams 1-2 hours before your workout and take another 2-5 grams right after your workout.
